Join us on Saturday 23 November, 2024, for a day filled with nostalgia, celebration, and community spirit.
Whether you are a past student, a current attendee, or a valued community member, we warmly invite you to be part of this memorable occasion.
Morning Tours and Memorabilia Display
Kick off the day by booking a guided tour of our school starting from 10:00am. This is a fantastic opportunity for former students to revisit their old classrooms and see the incredible changes that have taken place over the decades.
After your tour, don’t miss the chance to explore our memorabilia display, showcasing 100 years of Hughesdale Primary’s history, along with some limited edition HPS 100 Year merchandise which is available to purchase.
It’s a wonderful way to reflect on the school’s journey and the many lives it has touched.
Carnival Celebration
Starting at midday, the excitement continues with our vibrant carnival! This celebration is packed with activities for everyone, ensuring a day of fun and laughter.
Enjoy thrilling rides for all ages, a petting zoo where kids can interact with animals, and a silent disco that’s sure to get everyone dancing.
Indulge your taste buds with a variety of food and drink stalls, and enjoy live music to set the festive atmosphere. There will also be free sporting activities and many other engaging attractions and stalls to participate in.
HPS Centenary Year Level Art Auction
As part of the centenary celebrations, each year level has poured their imagination and talent into unique artworks that will be auctioned off to support our school community. All pieces will be on display at the Centenary Carnival, but bidding is now open!
Bidding will close at 5pm on Thursday 28 November 2024, with winners to be announced at assembly on Friday 29 November 2024.
